What is Cardiofit4kidz class?
It is an energetic FUN 45 minute exercise class that incorporates a warm-up, 30 minutes of cardio ( Jumping Jacks, running in place and around the room), calestenics such as planks and push-ups and motivational encouragement to build self-esteem, all set to great heart pumping music!
What is Cardiofit Hip Hop? 20 minutes of exercise and 25 minutes of hip hop dance set today's heart pumping music!
