THEY KNEW THAT FITNESS WAS SUCH AN IMPORTANT PART OF THEIR LIVES AND WANTED TO INSTILL THAT IN THEIR OWN CHILDREN. WITH TECHNOLOGY AND HOMEWORK TAKING SO MUCH OF KIDS "PLAY TIME" THESE DAYS, THEY DECIDED TO CREATE "CARDIOFIT4KIDZ" TO GET KIDS MOVING, STAY ACTIVE, GET MOTIVATED , HAVE FUN AND MOST IMPORTANTLY START A HEALTHY LIFESTYLE YOUNG.
Is a mother of two, a TV Producer, Children's book author and exercise enthusiast. Working Out and staying healthy has always been a part of her daily life. From Spinning, to Kick-boxing, to strength training and yoga, Felicia loves to keep active , but knows that it has to have great music, a great instructor, be challenging and FUN! She had a stint as an aerobics instructor and taught at Richard Simmons Anatomy Asylum in California many moons ago. and is so passionate about getting kids to enjoy exercise as much as she does!
